Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails, Located in Silverthorne, Colorado, will feature New American style cuisine with daily brunch from 10am-3pm and a dinner menu consisting of share plates, salads and a few larger entrees…. for those that don’t like to share.  Our menu will feature our long list of local partners and their high quality delicious products. You may have tried one of our award winning Tree Line bloody mary mixes that are sold all over Colorado.  The restaurant will offer all 6 flavors of our mixes, weekly special bloody mary flavors that you can only get in-house, mini bloody mary flights, and craft your own bloody’s! Not a bloody mary fan? Try one of our amazing brunch cocktails or specialty mimosas. We will also have an exceptional craft cocktail menu, featuring Colorado distilled spirits,  12 Colorado craft beers on tap and a long list of Colorado crafts in bottles and cans. If wine is your go to, check out our healthy selection of quality wines by the glass and house-made sangria!
